- For Realtors – from residential listings to land and ranch listings, a great way to show a potential buyer how the property lies and sits in relation to surrounding properties. The ability to see a ranch from the air, and see surrounding properties and the general area is so important in marketing a property.The fact that I have extensive experience in real estate so that I know what to show a potential buyer to pique their interest, can only make my service more valuable.
- For Ranchers – Getting a view of grazing land from the air can be very valuable to determine grazing rotation and the condition of different areas. Ever lose a cow in a remote location and need to send someone in on horseback to locate it? In many cases, I can send in the camera on a drone to search live with you without the need to spend the time to get in a look.
- For construction – if you are an owner building in a distant location, no better way than to get a series of aerial photos to view the progress of the work. For a contractor with projects in several locations, a great way to quickly see the progress of each project with driving many miles and spending the time to go from project to project. It gives you a way to see what needs attention and warrants your visit so you can concentrate on the projects that need your help.
- For banks – if you loan money for a construction project, no better way to view the progress than from the air. Do you have a pending loan draw request from a contractor or owner? Take a look at what is actually happening in the field without taking the time for a site visit. For new loans, no better way to get a feel for what the area looks like while underwriting the loan.
